Roundhouse
Junee in southern New South Wales is home to one of few working railway roundhouses in the Southern Hemisphere.
When opened in 1947, it was a state-of-the-art steam locomotive facility. Since 1994, the Roundhouse has seen a new lease of life.
Half is now used for the museum, while the other portion is used for its original purpose of servicing and re-conditioning locomotives and rolling stock.
Monte Christo
The Monte Christo was built after the Junee Hotel by the same owner and founding Junee member
Mr. Christopher Crowley who retired a distinguished
gentleman.
The Monte Christo is now Australia's most haunted house
